I've had a few niggles but mostly related to Spotify so far. I've been lucky so far and haven't experienced the lost connection (MyBMW to car) issues some of you have. running MyBMW app in background permanently ( check power saving options don't stop it if inactive etc), maybe try not running it permanently? I'm no expert but I tried a lot of these tactics when trying to get Spotify and ID6 to work together. Point I'm making is, maybe try different combinations of scenarios eg. Due to this I got into the habit of everytime I restarted my phone (another task I strongly recommend you do regularly) I would launch the MyBMW and the Androidautoidrive and leave them running in the background in preparation for connecting to the car. If I got in the car and started the Spotify car app before the other two had established connection I would have multiple issues. I recently ran the Androidautoidrive-1.3 "interface" for Android to ID6 and found that if I started the interface and the MyBMW app before connecting to the car (via Bluetooth) it ran Spotify etc quite well. Would it be worth us posting our software versions and phone OS and revisions just to get an idea of any similarities ? Also, I would suggest to anyone having issues, it might be worth stopping any other background apps or combination of apps to see if something jumps out as a possible conflict (an arduous task I know as the possibilities could be almost infinite!). etc.etc! and has multiple issues with lots of Apps.) Now, I'm not saying everyone who's having difficulties has a phone like a teenage girl but these variations can have a huge impact on rolling out mass updates to multiple users. is a mess!! She's constantly installing/uninstalling apps and games, rarely restarts, storage full of can't install patches due to low storage etc. The big variation here is going to be OS make, OS revision, possible conflicting Apps and general housekeeping (my daughters phone for eg. Click to expand. This is bizarre! Just wondering as a matter of interest, could it be phone OS related? The only (near) constant we have here is that most of us should now be on 11/2022.60.
